Okay...
If your read my journal, you have also read my bucket list.
This page is dedicated to my perserverence, my goal
to becoming a healthy, active ME!!
I am a beginner, my goal is to be more active then hopefully
fulfill a life long dream of running my first marathon.

Well I've decided to take at least 20 minutes a day doing brisk walking
or cardio exercise. I enjoy taking a walk/run on the treadmill set to 'fatburn' I know this is a setting I'm comfortable with. As for the eliptical, 15 minutes is a good workout for me, something I can handle.
So here I go...
